No Refunds ! Exchanges or Store Credit only !
Exchange or store credit only within 14 days with receipt (No exceptions, we offer to send you a receipt with every transaction, we are not responsible for a lost receipt). Store Credit will be recorded in the shop’s account and can be redeemed within a year. After that year and you don’t use it, you forfeit your store credit.
If you wear at item out of the shop, this item cannot be exchanged.
Once you wear or wash an item, we are not responsible for damages that may occur. We greatly encourage you to check out the care instructions on each piece of clothing before throwing them in the wash ! To maintain your clothing (in general), wash cold/cold on Perm Press and hang dry.
NO EXCHANGES ON VINTAGE SHOES !
They are used and we do our best to thoroughly inspect these pieces to be in the store. You are responsible to make sure you choose the right fit, that they are not falling apart when you walk around with them, and that they are in the conditions you expect them to be. Once we charge you for the shoes, we cannot exchange them.
